Is Hasayfu an Internal or External Martial Art?

I like a good conversation.  In this video two of my students and I are discussing some of the internal and external aspects of Hasayfu.  I have plans to add several more short clips with this kind of discussion.  Do you have any questions that you would like to be addressed?  Please leave it in a comment.

Weapons of Hasayfu - The Dragon Head Wooden Bench

I had an interesting moment when another blogger at benchsite.blogspot.com asked to use a photo from my website,  http://hasayfu.com/.  The article is amusing and brought up the opportunity to feature the Dragon Head Bench.  The bench is a common piece of furniture. In the hands of resourceful Kung Fu masters, it becomes a deadly weapon. Once you learn how to manipulate a wooden bench, all sorts of every day objects become possible weapons.

Double Gan weapons of Hasayfu
Soon I will be making online training in Hasayfu Hung Kuen available.  It is a big jump into the unknown waters of the Internet for me, and this blog has been created just to help anyone interested following our progress and learning more about Hasayfu.  I will be adding short posts often, lots of photos and updating information about the training.
